Surrogacy in India
According to Dr.Samit Sekhar “enquiries from Brazilian intended parents for having a baby though surrogacy in India has more than quadrupled in the last 1 year”.
Dr.Samit attributes this to the number of successful pregnancies that Indian clinics have been able to achieve for Brazilian couples. According to Dr.Sekhar-in this particular chat show intended parents from Brazil who had a baby girl through Surrogacy in India, talks about their experience with the doctors and staff at the Kiran Infertility Centre in India.
“We have helped more than 10 Brazilian patients have babies through IVF and Surrogacy at our clinic” says Dr.Samit and there are nearly 100 more enquiries who are considering it.
Infertility Center for having babies through Surrogacy, however now with the MHA guidelines only married heterosexual couples are allowed to have a baby through Surrogacy in India.
“We handle all the necessary paperwork for Brazilian couples” says Anjani Kumar, Case Manager at Kiran Infertility Center. “Right from the application for a medical visa to case records, egg donor recruitment, flights, clinic visits and sightseeing. Once a baby is born we provide all necessary paperwork that is required for the newborn to be able to obtain a Brazilian passport”.
