Surrogacy procedure requires two parties, one intended parent who wants to have baby and other is surrogate, who is ready to help them to complete their family. Surrogate is a woman who carries and gives birth to a baby for another couple. 3. Age must be between 21 to 35
4. Be in a stable living situation; and
