Surrogacy Clinic India
Surrogacy procedure requires two parties, one intended parent who wants to have baby and other is surrogate, who is ready to help them to complete their family. Surrogate is a woman who carries and gives birth to a baby for another couple. Once the couple engages a surrogate mother, they can start the medical treatment for which they need to sign a legal agreement in which rights of surrogate and intended parent is clearly outlined.
In some cases where a woman is unable to achieve a pregnancy to its full term, even when she is capable of producing eggs, in this situation ovum and sperm are taken from the infertile couples and combined to form embryos which are then transferred to the surrogate mothers uterus for the additional growth, this process is said to be gestational surrogacy where baby is not biologically related to the surrogate mother.
