There is a list to answer that question but here are some of the suggested food to eat during pregnancy.

5. BEANS & LENTILS: “They are typically low in fat, contain no cholesterol, and are high in folate, potassium, iron, and magnesium”
6. LEAN MEAT: “They are a good source of protein and have fewer calories than non-lean meats”
